2. Data Processing Principles
Our apps generally process data locally on your device. Unless an app expressly states otherwise, we do not operate user accounts, use personal data for advertising or profiling, or sell personal data.
3. Locally Stored Data
App settings, game progress, favorites, drafts, or similar content may be stored locally on your device. This data is not automatically transmitted to us. You can generally delete local data through the relevant app settings or by uninstalling the app.
4. Device Permissions
Depending on their functionality, individual apps may request access to the camera, microphone, photo library, files, location, motion or activity data, notifications, or other device functions. Access takes place only after you grant permission and solely to provide the feature you select. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
5. Internet Access and External Services
When an app uses online features, technically necessary data such as the IP address, request time, device and operating system information, and requested content is transmitted to the relevant service. This may be required, for example, when retrieving content, weather or map data, sharing through other apps, or using operating-system services from Apple or Google. We use external services only where necessary for the relevant app function. The provider's privacy terms also apply to its processing.
6. App Stores
Our apps are downloaded, purchased, and updated through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes data under its own responsibility, including account, device, payment, and usage data. The privacy policy of the relevant store operator applies.
7. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Unless an app provides separate information, we do not use advertising networks, personal usage analytics, or cross-app tracking. If an app uses such services in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before their use and any required consent will be obtained.
8. Purposes and Legal Bases
Processing takes place to provide and securely operate the relevant app and the functions you select. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based, depending on the feature, on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in a secure and functional service), or Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
9. Recipients and International Transfers
Personal data is transferred to service providers only where necessary for an app function you use or where legally required. Providers may process data outside the EU or EEA. In that case, the transfer is governed by applicable law and the relevant provider's privacy terms.
10. Retention and Deletion
We do not store personal app data on our own servers unless a specific app expressly states otherwise. You can delete locally stored data in the app, through device settings, or by uninstalling the app. Data processed independently by Apple, Google, or other external services is subject to their retention and deletion rules.
11. Data Security
Our apps limit access to data required for the relevant function. Connections to external services use encrypted HTTPS where available. The security of locally stored data also depends on the safeguards provided by your device and operating system.
12. Your Rights
Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly the authority responsible for your residence or for us.
13. Children
Our apps are not specifically directed to children unless stated otherwise in the relevant store listing. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
14. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling.
15. Changes
We will update this Privacy Policy when app functions, integrated services, or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this URL.
